Getting a Desired Change

student son (and daughter.)

This truth remains: I was paid via PayPal after a request for payment was made and denied. I was paid late, and then only after two FYI notifications that the notice of invoice had been posted to this site.  An Invoice has been Issued for Services Rendered Which Has Not Been Paid

It can take just as long to remove it, ( once asked.) A mutual benefit should have been the only cost for doing a favor.

And thank you for listening completely to what I had to say, and for hearing my concerns.

As for getting me paid, as I stated to others previously, I can sign any form you bring to me, you know where I live, as on the night of the event I was provided a ride home.  I was told that it was on the way.  This would be the second set of W-9s I sign, as two where signed when I received partial payment for services requested of me, when I came to you for a meeting.  I expected prompt payment in person or by PayPal, concurrently; not an assurance that a check would be in the mail.

I have covered my feelings and concerns in letters in the past.  The last of which was crafted for the most part prior to speaking with you, and is provided now to all concerned In Turn.

Your assistance is this matter is greatly appreciated.  Sincerely,

In that I have already signed two W-9s, the basic impediment to receiving payment for the services rendered to you that you requested of me, I expect you to fix it, or that you enjoy the publicity that you so richly deserve. You say that I have “Agreed” to conditions of employment for being allowed to do a requested service as a last minute favor for you; you have a way with words, but I remain a pre-paid service provider.  That I agreed to your cited payment arrangement is code for bait and switch: for the two W-9s I signed, I received partial payment for the service I was to provide; partial payment was not discussed; it was presented as a fait a complete; that “approval” was not obtained to tape my presentation is code for there will be an attempt at theft of my intellectual property; that an “honorarium” was to be provided for Faxing a second set of W-9s is code for this is a new condition to getting  the rest of the fee that you owe me; that my bio was revised without consent, is code for the taking of a license to misrepresent; that what was organized as an Etiquette Dinner was allowed to proceed with identified breeches of etiquette remaining in it, is code for “Deviations are allowed for the social good; not wanting to offend parties served; that I insisted on creative control of the film to correct items in it in form and sequence of which I had no control, is code for, you cannot make me perform to script, and  make a make believe representation of an event and re-present it as one that I would give to represent a Business Etiquette Dinner; that someone canceled on you with short notice due to “Illness,” is I think code (to you) for “ I have had enough.” That person’s printed bio advertises a future event (at your event.) You called me, and asked for a favor. I signed the required forms, and performed the service.  All I owe you is a receipt.  I expect my money in person or by PayPal. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.  Sincerely,

Personal Transportation
Things to consider when acquiring a car. Topics include types of cars, personal transportation, hiring a car and driver, car license, renting a car, buying a car for your budget: selling tactics used by salespeople, bargaining strategies, getting a certified mechanics' vehicle safety check, and a transportation review, and know if this car will stop you from buying a house. What is Done before saying I do (to anything or anyone.)
